1. Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and ob9 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the ob9 website, you agree to and are bound by all provisions of this Agreement.

ob9 operates under international licensing and provides online gambling services covering online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games, and various other digital entertainment categories. ob9 services are available to users who meet the eligibility requirements set out in this document.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 General Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the ob9 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party
• Never declared bankrupt or currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active ob9 account. This includes family members living under the same roof or users sharing the same device or internet connection. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

ob9 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of address, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure. 3. Platform Use and Game Rules

3.1 Permitted Use

The ob9 platform is provided solely for the personal entertainment of registered members. Any use that violates the law, including money laundering or financing illegal activities, is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Prohibition on Fraud

The following actions are classified as fraud and may result in legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, or systems designed to manipulate games
• Exploitation of any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the ob9 system
• Collaborating with other players to deny legitimate profits to the platform
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification
• Abusing the bonus system through opposing bets (bonus abuse or arbitrage)

3.3 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently examined and certified by a third party. Results produced by the ob9 system are final and cannot be disputed except in cases where a technical error can be proven. ob9 reserves the right to void bets or games affected by a technical error and to refund the original amount wagered.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. These conditions apply to all payment methods listed above.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time the request is approved. Actual processing time depends on the withdrawal method chosen and external factors such as third-party banking systems. ob9 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties.

4.4 Fund Verification

All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may result in the funds being frozen pending completion of an investigation. ob9 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ob9 offers new members a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before any withdrawal from that bonus can be approved.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM1,888 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

5.2 General Bonus Rules

The following rules apply to all bonuses and promotions at ob9:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms
• ob9 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus with reasonable minimum notice
• Members suspected of abusing the bonus system will forfeit the relevant bonus and may have their account restricted
• All bonuses are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise

5.3 Periodic Promotions

ob9 also offers various regular promotions including cashback, reload bonuses, VIP rewards and a referral program. Each promotion has its own terms and validity period as stated on the relevant promotions page. Members are advised to read the terms of each promotion before participating.

6. VIP Program and Member Rewards

ob9 operates a VIP program with five (5) tiers that rewards loyal members. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate. A member's progression through these tiers is determined by their level of activity and commitment on the platform.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Weekly cashback is credited directly into the member's account and may be subject to certain minimum wagering requirements depending on the VIP tier. ob9 reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure or cashback rates with reasonable notice to members.

7. Platform Responsibilities and Liability Limits

7.1 Accuracy of Information

ob9 endeavours to ensure that all information on the platform is accurate and up to date. However, ob9 does not guarantee that the website content is free from technical errors or inaccuracies. Any information regarding odds, statistics or game results is for reference purposes only.

7.2 Service Disruptions

ob9 bears no liability for service disruptions, data loss or damages arising from factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, actions by authorities or cyber attacks.

7.3 Member Responsibilities

Members have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the ob9 support team. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy.

9.2 Closure by ob9

ob9 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation or suspicion that the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Repeated abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Request from the relevant authorities
• Inability or refusal to provide requested identity verification documents

In cases of closure for the reasons listed above, ob9 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is complete or for a period determined by the relevant authorities.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ob9 reserves the right to amend, add to or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the ob9 platform after any changes take effect will be considered full acceptance of the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.
